The Company’s services will include procurement advisory services, supply chain strategy services, technology integration, and training and capacity building. Starting midway through the second year of operations, FLOWGRID CONSULTING INC. will expand into digital marketing solutions, offering search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, e-commerce marketing strategies, and marketing automation. The Company’s target clients for both service types will be SMEs across Canada, with supply chain and procurement consulting services focusing on high-impact sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, food processing, construction, and clean technology. FLOWGRID CONSULTING INC. will also serve retail and e-commerce companies, manufacturing firms, energy and natural resource operators, and logistics and distribution businesses. Commencing its operations from Kitchener, Ontario, the Company will eventually expand its reach across all of Canada, especially focusing on underserved and rural areas, including Sudbury, Ontario; Prince Edward County, Ontario; Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island; and Whitehorse, Yukon.
